What this site is

This site describes Veeber Systems LLC's capabilities. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a warranty of results, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us about your situation first.

Descriptions of how we work are general. Every estate is different, and what a specific engagement involves is scoped and agreed in writing before it starts.

No contract is formed here

Using this site, reading it, or sending us a message through the contact form does not create a client relationship or bind either of us to anything. An engagement begins when both parties sign an agreement, and that agreement governs — including where it conflicts with this page.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, logo, and code of this site belong to Veeber Systems LLC unless credited otherwise. The Veeber name and mark are ours.

You may read, link to, quote, and share pages. You may not republish substantial portions as your own, use our name or mark in a way that implies a relationship that doesn't exist, or present our material as evidence of your own capability. Ask us if you want to do something not covered here — the answer is usually yes.

Acceptable use

Use the site normally. Don't do the following.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site without our written permission.
• Submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, malicious, or deliberately misleading about who you are.
• Automate requests at a volume that degrades the site for anyone else.
• Use the contact form for bulk or unsolicited commercial messages.

The contact form is rate limited, so heavy automated use will be refused before it reaches us.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else, we don't control what's there and aren't responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability and accuracy
