Privacy

This site sets no cookies, identifies nobody, and follows nobody between visits. It counts page views in aggregate, and it holds whatever you type into the contact form and send us. That is the whole of it — the detail follows.
What we don't do
It's shorter to state this first, because most of a privacy policy's length comes from practices this site doesn't have.
- No cookies are set. The site stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage.
- You are not identified. Nothing on this site attaches a name, an account, or a persistent identifier to your visit.
- You are not followed. Nothing here can tell that today's visit and last week's came from the same person, and nothing tracks you onto other sites.
- No advertising, no remarketing, and no data sold or shared with advertisers.
- No third-party embeds. Fonts, scripts, and images are all served from our own origin — there is no CDN call, no embedded video, and no social widget. The only thing that leaves is the aggregate page view count described below.
- No account system, so there is nothing to log into and no profile held against you.
Because the site sets nothing in your browser, there is no consent banner. There is no cookie to accept or refuse.
Measuring page views
We count how many people read which pages, because we'd otherwise be publishing into the dark. This runs through Vercel Web Analytics, chosen because it does that counting without cookies and without identifying anyone.
Nothing is stored in your browser to recognize you. Each request is turned into a hash instead, and that hash is thrown away and regenerated every 24 hours. The practical effect: we can see that a page was read forty times today. We cannot see that you were one of the readers, that you came back next week, or anywhere else you went.

That is the whole list. This site defines no custom events, so nothing you do on a page — scrolling, clicking, typing into the form — is recorded as analytics. Traffic identified as automated is filtered out rather than counted.
Vercel processes this for us and reports it back in aggregate. The data isn't tied to an IP address or to any individual, so there is nothing in it to single you out with.
What the contact form collects
The contact form is the only place this site asks for personal information. Submitting it sends us four fields, one of which is optional.

A submission is delivered to us as an email. It is not written to a database, and no record of it is kept on the website itself. Please don't send confidential system details, credentials, or anything export-controlled through the form — it's ordinary email once it reaches us. If you need a secure channel, say so in the message and we'll arrange one.
Your IP address
The contact form is rate limited, which means we count recent submissions per connection so the form can't be flooded. That count is keyed to your IP address.
The counter expires automatically within one hour of your first submission in a window. We don't read it, associate it with the contents of your message, or retain it beyond that expiry. Our hosting provider also records standard web server request logs, which include IP addresses, on its own short retention schedule.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden field that people never see and automated submitters tend to fill in. That check runs entirely on our own servers. There is no CAPTCHA, no bot-detection service, and no third party scoring your behavior on the page.
Who else handles your data
Three service providers are involved in running this site. Each one is listed here with what it actually touches.

These providers process data on our instruction in order to run the site. Beyond them, we don't share, sell, or rent personal information. We'd disclose it only if legally required to, and we'd tell you unless prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Contact form emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterward. Rate-limiting counters expire within an hour. Server logs follow our hosting provider's retention schedule.
Page view analytics are aggregate figures and are held by Vercel for a limited reporting window. The 24-hour hash means nothing in that data connects one visit to another in the first place, so there is no history of you in it to delete.
Ask us to delete your message and we will, unless we're required to keep it. Email info@veeber.io.
Your choices
Write to info@veeber.io and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to close. Because we hold so little, these requests are usually answered the same day.
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights over your personal information. We apply the same practice to everyone regardless of jurisdiction: tell us what you want done, and we'll do it.
Children
This site sells enterprise modernization services and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to what we collect or who processes it will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
